Prosecutor General Claro Arellano, chief of the DOJ’s National Prosecution Service, said he expects the special panel of prosecutors to “promptly” conduct the preliminary investigation on the charges of violation of Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law filed by Servando’s father, Aurelio, last July 11. “This is a special case, which means it is being prioritized,” he told The STAR.
